You, of all people, should listen to this podcast. It’s a splendid, timely interview with Sean Gilday and Rachel Hill, the co-owners of Blue Raven Entertainment, a booking agency with some promo and merch arms that is very successful with tribute bands.
The reason you should listen is simple: We’re in the kookiest of kooky times with this virus thang hanging around. The part of the music industry getting hit hardest is the live industry. So if you’re booking gigs for artists, and there’s nowhere to book those gigs, you’re in deep doo doo. This interview, basically, is about crawling out of the doo doo.
So spend some time listening and come up with some independent thoughts. Comment below if you like. I mean, we’re all quarantined anyway, so why not?
