Before William Paterson University’s Professor David Philp was Professor David Philp, co-host of the Music Biz 101 & More radio show, he was co-host of a weekly Google Hangout show called “Hanging Out With David & Dave.” Interestingly, Philp was the Dave, even though at the start of this paragraph he was a David. It’s uncanny how crazy this world can be.
Dave’s co-host was David Deutsch, a neat fellow who runs his own business called SynergiSocial.
Back in 2013, Ali Spagnola, who is a songwriter, musician, artist (the painting kind) and inventor, talks about the lawsuit after her invention, how she created a tour around her invention and idea, and her crowdsourcing campaign on Indiegogo.
She’s hilarious. She’s witty. She’s clever. She’s patented the Shot Glass USB and has won a lawsuit over rights to her Power Hour Drinking Game. She recently quit her day job in order to keep you entertained 24 hours a day, 60 minutes at a time.
Ali has successfully raised $40,000 on Indiegogo. She gives away a FREE painting a day and has a backlog of 1,500 paintings. She’s a marketing whiz and upbeat, energetic soul. So watch the video and see a little more about Ali.
