300 Entertainment’s Mark Robinson: William Paterson University’s 2018-2019 Music Business Visiting Resident Expert
William Paterson University’s music business program has announced 300 Entertainment SVP of Business & Legals Affairs, Mark Robinson, as the Music & Entertainment Industries Visiting Resident Expert for the 2018-2019 academic year.
According to Billboard Magazine, “the former svp/general counsel at BMG best known for leading the team that won a landmark digital copyright case against internet service provider Cox Communications in 2015.”
Robinson joins the team that was recently named one of the top music business schools in the United States.
“We’re excited and honored to be associated with someone of Mark’s caliber,” said Dr. Steve Marcone, coordinator of the WPU music business program for the past 30 years. “He’s really going to teach in our classes and not just tell war stories. Our students will receive tremendous value from Mark’s presence.”

The William Paterson University Music & Entertainment Industries program has been a leading national program since the early-1980s, giving students opportunities to learn about and intern within the music and entertainment business.
